3. Assistant Manager – Personnel & Administration: 01 Post.
4. Assistant Manager – Course Design, Certification & Accreditation: 01 Post.
5. Assistant Manager – Training Partners’ Collaboration: 02 Posts.
6. Assistant Manager – Social Mobilization & Counselling: 01 Post.
B. District Programme Management Unit-
1. Counsellor cum MIS Manager: 150 Posts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Graduation or Post Graduate with MBA/ PG – RD or MSW with at least 10 years of work experience for Post No.1/Graduate or Post Graduate with MBA or PGDM with at least 10 years of work experience in the skill development and placement sector for Post No.2/ Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA ) will be given preference with Knowledge of Computer DOEACC- O level or equivalent for Post No.3/ Graduate/ Post Graduate (MBA, PG – RD or MSW) for remaining all posts.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of performance in academic qualifications/ written test and personal interview.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
