SELECTION OF JOB:    Selection of job depends on the various factors, which are as-

1- Qualification required by the job provider or employer.

2- Percentage of marks obtained in qualifying examination as required by the job provider or employer.

3- Mode or medium of language asked by the job provider or employer in which examination passed.

4- Subjects or discipline required by the job provider or employer for a particular job.

5- Previous working experience asked or required by the job provider or employer.

6- Knowledge of various local languages as required by the job provider or employer.

7- Qualification required from a recognized University/Institute/Board.

8- Qualification must be valid at par.

9- Age Factor-

a- Age limit required may be different for different department/job provider or employer.

b- Candidate must be aware for not being overage for selection.

c- Candidate must apply for a job well in advance for required job selection, so that he/she can get 
a job in time of age limit.

d- Never wait for last age limit time to be got selected.

10- Selection of field in which candidate ought to be selected, must be in the grip of knowledge.

11- Candidate must see or must be aware of the working culture of that department in which he / she wants job.
