REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A passed of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering as Automobile Engineering with relevant experience in repairing/ maintenance of light & heavy vehicles for Transport Officer posts and Intermediate/10+2 passed certificate from the council of Higher Secondary Education, West Bengal or its equivalent from a recognized Board/Institute.
REQUIRED AGE: 18 years - 37
years as on 01-01-2013.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation is applicable as per the Govt.
rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An
amount of Rs. 150/- + Rs. 50/- as processing charge well as Rs. 20/- as Bank
charge for General and other unreserved category candidates and SC candidates to
be charged as processing charge of Rs.50/- only. Application fee must be paid at all
branches of United Bank of India and to be deposited in A/C No.0088050006491
vide Challan form downloaded from official website.
POST RESERVATION:
Reservation
is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward
Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and Ex-Servicemen (ESM)
candidates.
SELECTION PROCESS: Eligible
candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Preliminary Test/
Written Test/ Skill Test and Interview.
