NOTIFICATION: Indian Navy invites online applications from unmarried male candidates for enrolment as sailors for senior secondary recruits (ssr)-02/2014 batch course commencing august 2014 from Indian Nationals who are eligible & interested, candidates can apply online at official website up to 06-12-2013.
Candidates can download detail advt./notification from official website for recruitment information like required age/ reservation in age/ required education qualification/ required application fee/ reservation for posts/ syllabus/ date of test/last date to apply/number of posts/name of department/ mode of selection/ how to apply and other instructions.
POST WISE DETAILS: Indian Navy Sailors posts-
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Candidates must have qualified in 10+2/ equivalent examination with Maths and Physics and at least one of these subjects; Chemistry/Biology/Computer science.
PAY & ALLOWANCES:
(a) During the initial training period, stipend of Rs. 5700/p.m. will be admissible but
on successful completion of initial training an amount equal to the minimum of scale
as mentioned below, less stipend already paid, shall be admissible with retrospective
effect.
(b) On completion of initial training, they will be placed in the PayBandRs.5200-20200.
In addition they will be paid Grade [email protected]/- plus MSP@Rs. 2000/- plus DA.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidates should have been born between 01-08-1993 to 31-07-1997 (Both dates inclusive).
REQUIRED FEE: No application fee is required for the above posts. Read official notification for more detail.
SELECTION PROCESS: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of the performance in written test/ Physical fitness test (PET) and fitness in the Medical examinations.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) candidates.
HOW TO APPLY: Eligible & interested candidates who wish to apply for Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) 02-2014 Batch in Indian Navy are required to apply through online mode only at Navy’s official website www.nausena-bharti.nic.in up to 06-12-2013. After filling the online application form, take pint out of system generated filled in application and send in prescribed format along with all attested copies of matriculation certificate/ 10+2 mark sheet/ domicile/ NCC Certificate to following address up to 22-12-2013 and 30-12-2013 for far flung area’s candidates to as per the residential area comes under which address of recruitment office available at official website Advt.

2. Navigate to career section.
3. Now click on ‘Sailor’s Entry’ button under ‘Apply Online’.
4. Fill all marked details carefully and ‘Submit’ the application.
5. Once, application is submitted successfully, take print out of it and send it as mentioned above.
