NOTIFICATION: Central University of Jammu recruitment section invites filled in applications for the recruitment of 19 posts of Professor/ Associate Professor and Assistant Professors from Indian Nationals who are eligible & interested, candidates can send filled in application up to 31-01-2014.

POSTS WISE DETAILS: 19 posts of faculty & non faculty-
1. Finance Officer: 01 post - for 3 years.
2. Controller of Examinations: 01 post- for 5 years.
3. Librarian: 01 post.
4. Deputy Librarian: 01 post.
5. Professor: 02 posts.
6. Associate Professor: 04 posts.
7. Assistant Professor: 09 posts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Refer official notification for eligibility.
REQUIRED AGE: Min. age must be 18 years and max. age 50 years depends on post as on 01-07-2013.
AGE RELAXATION: Age relaxation is applicable as per the Govt. rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs. 500/- as an application fee is to be paid by candidates through any Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank in favour of “OSD (Finance), Central University of Jammu” and payable at Jammu.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates and Ex Serviceman candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Shortlisted eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written test/Interview and Group Discussion.
