Required Qualification: A passed of certificate of competency of marine Engineer Officer Class-1 (Steam and Motor or Combined Steam and Motor) and must have service experience of five years at sea of which one year service as a Chief Engineer or Second Engineer.
2- COURT OFFICER-
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/-39100/-.
Required Qualification: A passed of Certification of proficiency as General Class or First Class Radio Operator and must have three years experience in operation, maintenance and adjustment of ship borne or shore based wireless station.
3- ASSISTANT DIRECTOR-
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/-39100/-.
Required Qualification: A passed of (i) Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or M. Tech. (with specialization in Computer Applications) or BE/B.Tech. in information Technology or Computer
Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology from a recognized University or Institute.
(ii) Eight years’ experience of electronic data processing or computer oriented optimization information or Statistical System, out of which at least four years’ experience must be in actual Computer Programming and System Design or Design/ Development or Organizing Computerized Information Storage and retrieval System.
4- ASSISTANT PROFESSORS-

Required Qualification: A passed of B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering and ME/M Tech in Structure / Structure Dynamics /CAD in Civil or Structure Engineering / Construction Engineering / Construction Management / Construction Technology / Building Structure / Building Engineering /Infrastructure Engineering or equivalent with First Class or its equivalent either in BE/B. 5- SUPERINTENDENT (LEGAL)-

Required Qualification: A passed of Post Graduate Degree in Political Science or in Law or its equivalent from a recognised University and must have ten years experience in teaching or research or training or administration.

Required Qualification: A passed of M.D. (Biochemistry)/ MBBS with MSc.(Medical Biochemistry) or its equivalent from a recognised University/Institution/Ph.D. (Medical Biochemistry)/D.Sc.(Medical Biochemistry) or its equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.
