NOTIFICATION: Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) invites online application for the direct recruitment of 16 Scientific Assistant-A, Programme Assistant, Research Assistant and other vacancies from Male/Female Indian Nationals who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply through online application up to 05-05-2014.

1. Social Research Officer-C: 01 Post
2. Junior Producer: 01 Post.
3. Social Research Assistant: 03 Posts.
4. Programme Assistant: 03 Posts.
5. Technical Assistant: 01 Post.
6. Scientific Assistant-A: 05 Posts.
7. Media Library Assistant-A: 01 Post.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Ph. D./B.Sc. in Multimedia/ Master Degree/ Diploma from a recognized University/Institute. Refer official notification.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s upper age should not be more than 35 years as on 05-05-2014.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
PAY SCALE: Selected candidates will be paid a salary per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs. 100/- as an application fee is to be paid by General & OBC category candidates. Application fee must be paid through a Challan form downloaded from official website at any branch of State bank of India. Bank copyof Challan form will be retained by the State Bank and remaining out of two Challan parts- candidate has to send one part of the Challan form (ISRO copy) and remaining one copy of Challan form shall be retained by the candidate.
SC/ ST & Ex-Serviceman category candidates are exempted from paying of application fee.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and Ex Serviceman candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Shortlisted candidates will be selected as per their performance in personal interview.
HOW TO APPLY: For this post eligible and interested candidates must apply online through official website up to 05-05-2014. Candidates must keep a hard copy of online submitted application form which will be required to be brought by the candidate if called for at the time of Interview along with all original documents with spare sets of attested photocopies of all certificates.
