REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Refer given details-
TECHNICAL ASSISTANT: A passed of a bachelor degree OR its equivalent qualification in Zoology/ Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Fisheries Science/ Food Science/ Food Technology for Laboratory Technician, Degree in Agriculture/ Sociology/ Statistics/ Economics/ Social Sciences for Field/ Farm category post and a bachelor degree in Hindi Language with three years experience in science writing and journalism in Hindi for Press & Editorial post from a recognised University/Institute.
STENOGRAPHER: A passed of 12th class/ Intermediate OR its equivalent qualification from a recognised Board/Institute.
LDC: A passed of 12th OR its equivalent qualification from a recognised Board/Institute and must have typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English OR 30 w.p.m in Hindi on computer.
SKIPPER Grade-II: A passed of 10th class OR its equivalent qualification from a recognised Board/Institute .
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s age should be in between as given below-
Technical Assistant- 18 years -30 years as on closing date.
Stenographer-18 years -27 years as on closing date.
LDC-18 years -27 years as on closing date.
Skipper Grade-II-18 years -27 years as on closing date.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
PAY SCALE: Technical posts- Rs.5200/-20200/ + Grade Pay Rs.2800/-.
Steno posts- Rs.5200/-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2400/-.
LDC post- Rs.5200/-20200/-+ Grade pay Rs.1900/-.
Skipper Grade post: PB-3- Rs.15600/-39100/- + Grade pay Rs.5400/-.
REQUIRED FEE: A demand draft of 200/- as an Application fee by General & OBC category candidates to be drawn in favour of “ICAR Unit – CIFT” and payable at Cochin should be enclosed along with the application. The application fee paid by way of Indian Postal Orders/Money Orders etc. will not be accepted.
Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ST category are exempted from payment of application fee. Persons with disabilities are also exempted from payment of fee subject to submission of prescribed medical certificate.
