REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Refer given below qualification as per post-
1- MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND CHEMICAL: A passed of 3 years regular Diploma in Engineering in concerned discipline from a recognized Indian University / Institute.
2- SYSTEMS: A passed of regular 3 years Diploma course in Computer Science OR B.C.A. /B.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognized Indian University/ Institute.
3- PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATION: A passed of Graduate OR its equivalent degree with one year PG Diploma in HRM/IR/Personnel Management from a UGC/ AICTE recognized Indian University/Institute.
4- FINANCE: A passed of Degree OR its equivalent degree from a recognized University and qualified Chartered OR Cost & Works Accountants from recognized Institute in India OR abroad OR MBA with 60% marks with specialization in Finance Management.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s max age should not exceed 27 years as on 15-04-2014. Age relaxation is applicable for departmental candidates up to 50 years.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs. 400/- as an application fee is to be paid by the General and other unreserved category candidates through a Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Cement Corporation of India Limited” and payable at New Delhi.
SC/ ST category candidates are exempted from paying of application fee.
PAY SCALE: For the 1st year Rs. 10000/- will be paid and for the extended next six months training Rs. 10500/- will be paid to the selected candidates as monthly salary during Training. After successful completion of the training candidates will be absorbed in S-1 level as Junior Engineer Grade-II / Junior Officer Grade-II in the pay scale of Rs.12500/- 3% -30400/- (IDA 2007) at the basic pay of Rs.12500/-.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and Ex Serviceman candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and followed by GD and Interview.
