NOTIFICATION: Allahabad High Court Judicare, invites filled in application for the recruitment of 95 Law Clerk (Trainee) on a contract basis from Indian Nationals who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply through offline application up to 15-05-2014.
Candidates can download detail advt. /notification from official website for recruitment information like required age/ reservation in age/ required education qualification/ required application fee/ reservation for posts/ syllabus/ date of test/last date to apply/number of posts/name of department/ mode of selection/ how to apply and other instructions.
POST WISE DETAILS: 95 Law Clerk (Trainee) posts on a contract basis-
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of three years Professional Law degree OR five years Integrated Degree in Law from any Law College or recognized University. Candidates appearing for their final exams may also apply provisionally. Candidates should also have knowledge of Data Entry/ Work Processing and Computer Operations. Fresh Law Graduates or those who have appeared in final year/ semester examination of LL.B. and results are awaited are also eligible to apply.
PAY SCALE: A fixed amount of Rs. 12,500/- per month.
REQUIRED AGE: Age of the candidate’s should be in between 21 years and 26 years
as on 01.07.2014. Refer official notification.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: The application forms can be purchased by the candidates from the counter opened at Allahabad High Court and it's Lucknow Bench on payment of Rs. 150/- in cash on any working day. And can be demand through sending a Postal Order or Bank Draft of Rs 150/- drawn in favor of “Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad” and Payable at Allahabad. Refer official notification.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and Ex Serviceman candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Interview.
HOW TO APPLY: For these posts eligible and interested candidates must send duly filled in application on a prescribed format downloaded from official website OR can be bought at the office of Allahabad High Court OR Lucknow Bench, along with self-attested copies of required certificates and two recent passport size photographs through speed post/ registered post and the envelope must subscribed as “Application for the post of ..........................” in bold letters up to 15-05-2014 to:
“Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad”.
