Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) Recruitment and Assessment Center (RAC) section invites online applications for the recruitment of 105 vacancies of Scientist posts on direct recruitment basis from young, dynamic and motivated persons of Indian Nationals who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply online at official website up to 07-06-2014. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:  A passed of 1st class Bachelor's Degree in Engg. OR Technology in Mechanical/ Production/ Production & Industrial / Aeronautical / Aerospace/ Automobile/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electrical & Power / Power System/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics Engg. / Telecommunication/ Computer Science & / Civil/ Civil & Structural / Structural/ Chemical Engineering/ Technology with experience OR Doctorate degree in Science, Mathematics OR Psychology OR Master's degree in Engineering OR Technology OR Metallurgy in the subject concerned (applicable for Scientist 'C' & above) from a recognized University or equivalent and Knowledge of Chinese, French, German, Japanese or Russian id desirable qualification.

AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST /OBC and Ex Serviceman category candidates.

REQUIRED FEE: Candidates have to pay an amount of Rs.50/-as an application fee through online. Refer official notification.

No fee is applicable from SC/ ST/ PH & Woman category candidates. 

POST RESERVATION:  The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time. 

SELECTION PROCESS:  The applicant will be selected on the basis of performance in written test and Interview.

HOW TO APPLY:  For these posts eligible and interested candidates must apply online through official website up to 07-06-2014. Candidates must keep a hard copy of online submitted application form which will be required to be brought by the candidate if called for at the time of Interview along with all original documents with spare sets of attested photocopies of all certificates.
