DISCIPLINES: Civil, Applied Mechanics, Mechanical, Information Technology, MCA, Metallurgy, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Physics, Mathematics, Training & Placement Officer.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of a BE/B.Tech & ME/ M.Tech in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech./ B.Sc. Mathematics / M.Sc. Mathematics and should have cleared SET/NET/B.Sc. Physics and M.Sc. Physics and should have cleared SET/NET/ BE/B.Tech & ME/ M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 1st class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in relevant branch with 1st class or equivalent qualification and required experience in concerned fields.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST /OBC and Ex Serviceman category candidates.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs. 600/- as an Application Fee by open category candidates and Rs. 300/- by the candidates of Reserved Category in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Principal Government College of Engineering Karad” to be deposited along with filled in application form. Refer official notification.
POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time.
SELECTION PROCESS: The applicant will be selected on the basis of Written Test and Personal Interview-
Professor & Associate Professor: – No Written Test -Only Personal Interview.
Assistant Professor: - Objective Type Written Test (50 marks) and Stage-II consists of presentation (20 marks) and Personal Interview (30 marks).
