NOTIFICATION: The High Court of Bombay invites online applications for the recruitment of 10 posts of Judge for Family Court, in the State of Maharashtra on regular basis from young, dynamic and motivated persons of Indian Nationals who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply online at official website up to 04-06-2014.

POST WISE DETAILS: 10 posts of Judges-
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Post Graduate degree in social sciences as master of social welfare, sociology, psychology / philosophy with degree in law from a recognized University/ Post Graduate in Law with specialization in Personal Law and seven years experience in the field work/research or of teaching in a Government Department or in a College/ University or a comparable academic institute, with special reference to problems of women and children.
PAY SCALE: Rs.51550-1230-58930-1380-63070/- + dearness allowance and other allowances as admissible under the Rules.
REQUIRED AGE: Applicant should not be less than 35 years of age as on closing date. Refer official notification for eligibility.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable to the reserved category candidates as per Govt. rules.
REQUIRED FEE: Candidates have to pay an application fee in the form of a Demand Draft of the amount given below, drawn in favour of “Assistant Registrar, for Registrar General, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay” and payable at par at Bombay must be sent by Registered Post A.D. so as to reach the office of the Registrar General, High Court, Fort, Mumbai – 400032 up to 13-06-2014 along with registration No. of online apply.
General Candidates: Rs.1000/-.
Backward Candidates: Rs.500/-.
No fee from SC/ST candidates.
POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time.
SELECTION PROCESS: The applicant will be selected on the basis of the performance in written test and interview.
