NOTIFICATION:  Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SHAR) is a lead Centre of Indian Space Research Organisation situated at Sriharikota, Nellore District in Andhra Pradesh. Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR has facilities of Solid Propellant Production, a Rocket Motor Static Test Facility and Launch Complexes for variety of rockets, Rocket tracking through sophisticated radar and optical tracking systems and real time data acquisition and processing facilities and other support services including logistics.The ISRO established in 1969. It is the primary space agency of India and also amongst the largest government space agencies in the world. Its primary objective is to advance space technology and use its applications for national benefit. Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) SHAR invites online applications for the recruitment of 14 vacancies of Medical Officer and Scientist/Engineer on regular basis from young, dynamic and motivated persons of Indian Nationals who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply online at official website up to 30-05-2014.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Refer notification given below-

1. Medical Officer-SD (Physician): A passed of MD/DNB in General Medicine or internal Medicine.

2. Medical Officer-SC (Gynecology): A passed of MBBS and Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

3. Medical Officer-SC (Pediatrics): A passed of MBBS and Diploma in Pediatrics.

4. Scientist/engineer-SC (Industrial Engineering):  A passed of M.Tech /M.E/MSc Engineering or 

equivalent in industrial engineering.

5. Scientist/engineer-SC (Structural Engineering):  A passed of M.Tech /M.E/MSc Engineering or equivalent in Structural Engineering.

6. Scientist/engineer-SC (Human Resource):  A passed of BE/B.Tech/BSc Engineering or equivalent in any discipline.

7. Scientist/engineer-SC (Chemical): A passed of BE/B.Tech/BSc Engineering or equivalent in Chemical Engineering

8. Scientist/engineer-SC (Chemistry):  A passed of M. Sc in Chemistry or equivalent.

9. Scientist/engineer-SC (Organic Chemistry):  A passed of M. Sc in Analytical Chemistry/Organic Chemistry.

10. Scientist/engineer-SC (Industrial Safety): A passed of M. Tech /M.E/M. Sc Engineering or equivalent in Industrial Safety.

PAY SCALE: As given below-

MEDICAL OFFICER-SD: Rs. 15600-39100/- + GP 6600/-+NPA + Incentive.

MEDICAL OFFICER-SC: Rs. 15600-39100/- + GP 5400/- + NPA.

SCIENTIST/ENGINEER-SC: Rs. 15600-39100/- + GP 5400/-.

REQUIRED FEE:  No fee is required for these posts.

POST RESERVATION:  The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time.

SELECTION PROCESS:  The applicant will be selected on the basis of the performance in interview.
