REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of 10+2 or its equivalent qualification and should have Certificate course of Computer of at least 3 months with typing speed of 35 WPM, for the post no. 2 candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent qualification and shorthand speed of 80 WPM and for the post no. 3 candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent and should have experience as Bearer in a Registered hotel/ restaurant/ tourist resort and Certificate course in Hospitality Management and communication skill in English and Hindi.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s age should be in between 18 years to 25 years as on 02-06-2014.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST /OBC/PH and Ex Serviceman category candidates.
REQUIRED FEE: No application fee to be paid. Refer official notification.
POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time.
SELECTION PROCESS: The applicant will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Examination + Skill Test + Interview.
-A conman written Test for all posts to be carried out.
-Skill test for 10 minutes on Computer typing speed @ 35 words per minute (10500 KDPH) for Lower Division Clerk.
-Skill test in Typing for 10 minutes on Computer and Transcription 50 minutes for Stenography.
-A Dictation for 10 minutes @ 80 WPM for the post of Stenographer Grade-III.
- Personal Interview for the post of Bearer.
-These tests would be conducted in Kochi.
WRITTEN TEST DATE: 10-08-2014.
TYPING TEST DATE: 20-09-2014.
DATE OF INTERVIEW: Will be intimated later on official website.
