REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: A Passed of Graduation / Post Graduation degree OR its equivalent qualification from a recognised University with relevant experience in the concerned discipline as per the post requirement. Applicant must must have Hindi/Sanskrit language subject up to Metric standard OR Higher Education.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST /OBC and Ex Serviceman category candidates.
SELECTION PROCESS: Shortlisted candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the interview.
REQUIRED FEE: Applicants must have to pay application fee is as per details given below-
Rs. 500/- by General / Dependent ESM candidates and Rs. 125/- by SC/BC/EBP & Ex-Servicemen category candidates. Application Fee can be paid through Challan form in any branch of State Bank of Patiala.
No Fee from Physically Handicapped candidates.
POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time.
HOW TO APPLY: For these posts eligible & interested candidates must apply online at official website up to 27-05-2014. Print out online filled in application form and fee challan form, pay fee as per given instruction and send all to the address given below along with the Xerox copies of the relevant documents and HPSC copy of Challan in an envelope super scribed as” Application for the Post of —-” up to 10-06-2014 and 17-06-2014 for far flung area candidates.
Candidates need not to send printed copy of application for the posts of Sl.No. 7 to 12 (mentioned above).

PROCESS TO APPLY ONLINE: Applicant must have a valid E mail ID, & Mobile No., scanned photo and scanned signature before applying online.

2. Fill all the mandatory details carefully and after successful submission, take printout of the application receipt and sign it at the indicated space.
3. Upload own recently scanned signature and photograph.
4. Take out print of online filled in application form for future use.
5. Complete the registration process & take a print out of confirmation page & application fee challan form.
