Required Qualification: A passed of Madhyamik or equivalent plus Trade Certificate under NCTVT from any Govt. ITI in the following trade(2 Years’ duration) — Wireman / Electrician.
Pay Scale: Rs.6300—20200/-+Grade Pay Rs.2600/-.
ESSENTIAL NOTE: All applicants must have the ability to read, speak and write in Bengali & Nepali language. Candidates Degree holder from Open University / Private University / Distance Learning mode / Part Time / Sandwich Course shall not be eligible to apply.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s age should be in between 18 years - 27 years as on 01-01-2014.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST /OBC and Ex Serviceman category candidates.
REQUIRED FEE: All candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs.400/- for post under Sl.No.1 to 4 and Rs.250/- for all others posts and extra Rs.22/- to be charged by Bank as Bank Service Charges. Fee can be deposited at any branch of United Bank of India throughout the Nation through a computer generated triplicate challan form. Candidate has to approach to any UBI branch with a print out of the challan form which will be auto-generated while applying online application system after filling-up the Personal Data, Address, Educational Qualification and uploading the Photograph & Signature.

POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time. Candidates from the states other than West Bengal have to apply as General Candidate.
SELECTION PROCESS: The applicant will be selected on the basis of performance in in written test and interview for all posts. Candidates called for Written Test / Interview shall not be entitled to reimbursement of travelling expenses.
The Written Test & Interview will be held in Kolkata only tentatively on dated 22-06-2014.
