NOTIFICATION:   The Central Recruitment Agency of the High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh, invites online applications for the recruitment of 119 vacant posts of clerks, Junior Scale Stenographer, Steno Typist and Drivers in the Haryana State Legal Services Authority (HSLSA) at Chandigarh, District Legal Services Authorities(DLSA), Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committees (SDLSC) and Permanent Lok Adalats (Public Utility Services) PLA (PUS) in the State of Haryana from eligible & interested Indian residents; candidates can apply through online mode application up to 24/26-06-2014.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Refer given details-

1-CLERK:   A passed of Graduation degree or its equivalent thereto from a recognized University/Matriculation examination with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject/Degree/diploma in computer application higher qualification holder will be given preference.

2-JUNIOR SCALE STENOGRAPHER:  A passed of Graduation or its equivalent thereto from a recognized University/ Degree/diploma in computer application and must have 1 year experience as Steno Typist.

3-STENO-TYPIST:  A passed of Degree of Bachelor of Arts, Science, Commerce or equivalent thereto from a recognized University and must have Degree/diploma in computer application.

4-DRIVER:   A passed of Matriculation or its equivalent thereto with Hindi as one of the subject and must have a valid driving license for light motor vehicle and medium passenger motor vehicle and should not have been convicted for any offence for negligent driving and should have minimum of 2 years of experience of driving for light motor vehicle/ medium passenger motor vehicle.

REQUIRED FEE:  Non-refundable an amount of Rs. 500/- by General & OBC Male category candidates and Rs. 250/- by all Female and other reserved category candidates to be paid as an application fee. The fee must be deposited on or before the last date and time fixed for the purpose. The applicants have to deposit the fee by way of “Cash Deposit Receipt” printed after completion of Step-I of registration in any Branch of State Bank of India only. The “Cash Deposit Receipt’ will contain the amount of fee to be deposited by the applicant, depending upon his/her category. Applicant approaching the State Bank of India Branch will ask for depositing the fee under Screen 8888(Fee Type-300).

POST RESERVATION:  The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD and Ex Servicemen candidates.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:  Candidates will be selected on the basis of the performance in written test, Computer Typing test, shorthand test, practical driving test and interview.

HOW TO APPLY:  For these posts eligible and interested candidates must apply online through official website up to 24-06-2014 for online registration Step-I and 26-06-2014 for registration Step-II. Candidates must keep a hard copy of online submitted application form which will be required to be brought by the candidate if called for at the time of Interview along with all original documents with spare sets of attested photocopies of all certificates and application fee payment slip. 

PROCESS TO APPLY ONLINE:  Applicant must have a valid E mail ID, & Mobile No., scanned photo and scanned signature before applying online. Bank may send call letters for Interview etc. to the registered e-mail ID.

Applicants must follow instructions while applying online given in official website notification.

The online registration/filling of application forms by the applicants will consist of two steps-

Registration Step- 1:  Applicant will get his/her registration ID and password and will get print out of “Cash Deposit Receipt” for deposit of fee in the designated bank State Bank of India.

Registration Step- 2: Applicant  have to fill the remaining particulars i.e. uploading of photograph/signature, qualification and fee payment details in the form, then to "LOCK & SUBMIT" the application form.
Finally print out a online registration application for future use in selection.
