NOTIFICATION: Army Medical Corps invites online applications for the recruitment of 300 vacant posts of Medical Officers for grant of Short Service Commission from eligible & interested Indian residents; candidates can apply through online mode application up to 03-07-2014.

POST WISE DETAILS: 300 posts of Medical Officers-
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of medical qualification MBBS included in 1st /2nd Schedule or Part II of the 3rd Schedule of IMC Act 1956. Post graduate degree / diploma MD/MS/MCH/DM/DNB/DLO/DOMS/DA holders may also apply. Only those candidates who have completed their internship on or before 31-03-2014 must apply.
PAY SCALE: Rs. 17160-39100/-+Grade pay Rs. 6100/- +M S P Rs. 6000/-, Non-practicing allowance at the rate of 25% of the Basic Pay (Pay + Grade Pay + MSP) and Dearness Allowance (total emolument at min of Pay Scale at the time of joining will be approximately Rs. 75000/- pm.
REQUIRED AGE: Applicant’s age should not be more than 45 years as on 31-12-2013.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: A non-refundable amount of Rs.200/- as an application fee to be paid by all Category candidates in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favor of “The Director General Armed Forces Medical Services (APF Fund) and payable at New Delhi.
POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time to SC/ ST/ OBC/ widows candidates.
SELECTION PROCESS: The shortlisted eligible candidates only will be selected on the basis of their performance in the personal Interview & Medical/Physical Standard status.

Scan and upload Certificates/ documents during online apply-
a- Matriculation Certificate- 10th Class and age proof certificate.
b- Permanent Medical Registration Certificate.
c- Internship Completion Certificate.
d- MBBS / PG Examination Degree / Certificate.
e- Final MBBS (Pt 1 & 2) attempt certificate.
f- N O C from present employer.
g- Gazette Notification or any other authority clearly highlighting your new name, if there is any change in the name after matriculation.
h- A Xeroxed copy of demand draft.
NOTE: Candidates must carry all original documents/certificates with three attested photocopies of all the documents uploaded at the time of interview.
HOW TO APPLY: For these posts eligible and interested candidates must apply online through official website up to 03-07-2014. Candidates must keep a hard copy of online submitted application form which will be required to be brought by the candidate if called for at the time of Interview along with all original documents with spare sets of attested photocopies of all certificates.
