REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE- As on 01-07-2013: as per given details-
1- OFFICER SCALE-I: Degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University/ Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy/ Proficiency in local language/ Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.
2- OFFICER SCALE-II- General Banking Officer: Degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University with mini 50% marks in aggregate/ Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy/2 years exp. as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
3- OFFICER SCALE-II- Marketing Manager: MBA in Marketing from a recognized University/1 year Experience.
4-OFFICER SCALE-II- Treasury Manager: A certified Associate ship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or MBA in Finance from a recognized University/ Institution.
5- OFFICER SCALE-II- Agricultural Officer: Degree or its equivalent in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/Pisciculture from any recognized University with a mini 50% marks in aggregate.
6- OFFICER SCALE-III: Degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University with mini 50% marks in aggregate/ Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy/mini 5 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.
7- OFFICE ASSISTANT (Multipurpose): Degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University/ Proficiency in local language must/ Knowledge of Computer skills is desirable.
NOTE: Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 are eligible to apply.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs.100/-as an application fee by General & OBC category candidates and Rs.20/- by SC/ST & PWD category candidates to be paid. The Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of Vananchal Gramin Bank or through NEFT from any other Bank by means of a Payment challan form available in the Bank’s official website.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable as per Govt. rules for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) / widow candidates and Ex Servicemen.
SELECTION PROCESS: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on total weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC & UR category
/ Personal Interview depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to bank, the number, equivalent to 3 times the number of vacancies short listed based on their TWSS.
