1. CHIEF GENERAL MANAGER: A passed of M. Tech. working/retired in the rank of Superintending Engineer with minimum total experience of 15-20 years' in Urban Transport.
2. CHIEF GENERAL MANAGER: A passed of M. Tech/B. Tech, working/retired in the rank of Superintending Engineer with minimum total experience of 10-15years in Urban Transport.
3. GENERAL MANAGER (Finance/Administration): A passed of Chartered Accountant and MBA with 15 year experience.
4. PROJECT MANAGER: A passed of M. Tech/B. Tech with 10 year’s experience in Urban Transport.
5. COMPANY SECRETARY: A passed of Company Secretary with 5 year’s post qualification experience.
6. MANAGER (Finance): A passed of Chartered Accountant with minimum S year’s post qualification experience.
7. DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER: A passed of B. Tech with minimum 60% marks and at least 5 year’s experience In urban transport.
8. MANAGER LEGAL: A passed of Law Graduate from reputed institute with 5 year’s post qualification experience. Experience in urban transport is desirable.
9. ACCOUNTANT: A passed of Inter with 2 year’s experience.
10. OFFICE EXECUTIVE: A passed of MBA with 2 year’s related experience.

AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST /OBC and Ex Serviceman category candidates.
REQUIRED FEE: A Non-Refundable application fee of Rs.500/- by General candidates, Rs.350/- by BC/EBC Category and Rs.250/- by SC Category Candidates through a Bank Draft Drawn on any Nationalised Bank and Payable at Patna favouring of "Bihar Urban Transport Services Limited".
POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time.
SELECTION PROCESS: The eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Personal Interview.
