REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: As per details given below-
STATE MISSION MANAGER: A passed of 2 year full time Post graduate diploma in Management/ MBA or Masters in any other relevant discipline with 5 years of experience Or Graduate from any government recognized Institutes/University with 8 years of experience.
MANAGER (Social Development & Infrastructure, Skills and Livelihoods): A passed of 2 year full time Post graduate diploma in Management/ MBA or Masters in any other relevant discipline with 3 years of experience Or Graduate from government recognised Institute/ University with 6 years of experience in Social Development work with poverty reduction programmes.
MANAGER (Financial Inclusion & Micro Enterprises): A passed of 2 year full time Post graduate diploma in Management/ MBA or Masters in any other relevant discipline with 3 years of experience Or Graduate from government recognised Institute/ University with 6 years of experience in dealing with credit linkages, social security and/or micro enterprises promotion in poverty reduction programmes/ financial institutions.
MANAGER (MIS & ME): A passed of 2 year full time Post Graduate diploma / Masters in Computer Science, M.Sc. (computer science), B. Tech (computer science) or MCA from any government recognized Institute/ University with at least 3 years of experience in designing and implementation of MIS and ME for large development projects, preferably poverty reduction project.
COMMUNITY ORGANIZER: A passed of Intermediate (Matriculation+2) in any discipline and should have at least 5 years of experience in working with community on social development.
REQUIRED AGE: The required age of a candidate should not exceed 33 years as on closing date.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: No application fee is required.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below-
STATE MISSION MANAGER: Rs. 65000/- to Rs. 75000/-.
MANAGER: Rs. 50000/- to Rs. 60000/-.
COMMUNITY ORGANISER: Rs. 10000/-.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), PWD and Ex Serviceman candidates.
