POST WISE DETAILS:   12 posts of Junior Clerk/ Copyist, Junior Typist and Stenographer-

1- Junior Clerk/ Copyist: 09 posts.

Pay Scale: Rs. 5200 – 20200/-+ GP 1900/-.

Required Qualifications:   A passed of 10 +2 examination conducted by the council constituted under Sec.3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act, 1982 or equivalent examination of a recognized council, Board or University. The applicant must be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E standard, shall possess a minimum speed of 40 wpm, minimum speed of 80 wpm for shorthand and 40 wpm in typewriting.

2- Junior Typist: 02 posts.

Pay Scale: Rs. 5200 – 20200/-+ GP 2400/-.

3- Stenographer (Grade III): 01 post.

Pay Scale: Rs. 5200 – 20200/-+ GP 2400/-.

REQUIRED AGE:    The required age of a candidate should be in between of 18 years – 32 years as on 01-09-2014.

AGE RELAXATION:   Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Government rules.

REQUIRED FEE:  An amount of Rs.100/- through Treasury Challan under the head 0070-Other Administrative Services-01-Administration of Justice -501- Services and Service fees-9904650- Law Department-9916730-Examination fees for Recruitment conducted by Orissa District and Subordinate Courts to be deposited as an application fee.

SC & ST candidates are exempted from paying of application fee.

POST RESERVATION:  Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), PWD and Ex Serviceman candidates.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:    The eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written competitive examination, computer test and Viva Voce.
