POST WISE DETAILS: 54 Posts of Clerks, Steno Typists, Drivers and Process Servers-
1. Clerks: 39 posts.
2. Steno Typist: 01 post.
3. Drivers: 02 posts.
4. Process Servers: 11 posts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: As per details given below-
1. Clerk: A passed of graduation degree from a recognized Board/Institute/University and applicants need having the expertise and adeptness gained as in the computer applications and computer typing in the English 50 words per minute.
2. Steno Typist: A passed of graduation from a recognized Board/Institute/University with the typing speed mentioned to be in the language English with the speed of 40 words per minute.
3. Drivers: A passed of matriculation from a recognized Board/Institute/University and with this applicants must have the valid driving license and experience of 5 years in the service Area.
4. Process Server: A passed of 10+2 class from a recognized Board/Institute/University.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below-
Clerks: Rs.5910-20200/- + Grade pay Rs.1900/-.
Steno Typist: Rs.5910-20200/- + Grade pay Rs.1900/-.
Drivers: Rs.5910-20200/- + Grade pay Rs.2000/-.
Process Servers: Rs.5910-20200/- + Grade pay Rs.2000/-.
REQUIRED AGE: The required age of a candidate should be in between of 18 years – 45 years as on 01-01-2014.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Government rules.
REQUIRED FEE: The candidates are required to submit application fee in the shape of crossed Indian Postal Order only drawn in favour of “Registrar General, High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla” and payable at Shimla. The fee for Class-III posts isRs.200/-by General Category candidates, Rs.150/-by reserved category candidates of H.P. only and such fee for Class-IV posts is Rs.150/-by General Category candidates and Rs.100/-by reserve category candidates of H.P. only.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), PWD and Ex Serviceman candidates.
