POST WISE DETAILS: 50 posts of Attendant Trainee - I & II-
1-ATTENDANT- II Trainee: 25 posts.
Pay Scale: Rs. 8000/- per month consolidated as a stipend. On successful completion of training and if found suitable by the Management, the trainees will be considered for placement in the grade of W2 in the workmen cadre in the pay scale of Rs. 7700 - 3% - 17200/- on a starting basic pay of Rs 7700/- and industrial DA applicable as on the date of absorption and other benefits as per Company rules.
Required Qualification: A passed of 10th class or its equivalent from a recognised Board and must have a “Certificate in Vocational Higher Secondary Education” in any Technical trade under Engineering Technology with 60% marks in the final examination.
2-ATTENDANT- I Trainee: 25 posts.
Pay Scale: Rs. 10000/- per month consolidated as a stipend. On successful completion of training and if found suitable by the Management, the trainees will be considered for placement in the grade of W2 in the workmen cadre in the pay scale of Rs. 7900 - 3% - 18100/- on a starting basic pay of Rs 7900/- and industrial DA applicable as on the date of absorption and other benefits as per Company rules.
Required Qualification: A passed of 10th (X STD) and must have certificate of National Trade Certificate (NTC/ ITI) in the trade of Electrician/ Electronic Mechanic/Fitter. The candidates must have scored 60% or above in their qualifying examination (NTC) and should possess post qualification National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade.
REQUIRED AGE: The required age of a candidate should be in between of 18 years – 25 years as on 31-08-2014.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Government rules.
REQUIRED FEE: A demand draft or Indian Postal Order of Rs.100/- by General & unreserved candidates drawn in favour of “Hindustan Newsprint Ltd” and payable at Ernakulam/ Mevelloor to be attached along with application for.
