REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A passed of MBBS/ equivalent Degree recognized by MCI for Medical Post, B. V. Sc & AH Degree recognized by VCI or equivalent Degree from any recognized University for Veterinary Science posts, 2nd Class M. Sc/ Relevant Post graduation degree, Ph. D degree relevant subject from a recognized University for Life Science Post, 1st Class Masters Degree in Biostatistics or equivalent degree from a recognized University for Biostatistics Post, 1st class Masters Degree in Sociology/ Medical Social Work or equivalent degree from a recognized University for Social Behavioral Science Post/Knowledge of Computer Applications/ Data management. 02 years R&D/Teaching experience in the relevant subject after obtaining essential qualification.
REQUIRED AGE: The required age of a candidate should not exceed 35 years as on closing date.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Government rules.
PAY SCALE: Rs. 15600 – 39100/-+ grade pay Rs. 5400/-.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs. 500/- by General and OBC candidates and Rs.100/- by SC & ST in the form of a crossed demand draft of any Bank drawn in favour of “Director General, ICMR, N. Delhi” and payable at New Delhi. Candidates belonging to PWD category are exempted from payment of application fee.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), PWD and Ex Serviceman candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: The eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written test and Interview.
