POST WISE DETAILS: 285 posts of Sub Inspector -PSI (wireless), PSI (Civil)/ RSI (CAR/ DAR) posts -
1- PSI (Civil) (Men & Women): 233 posts.
2- RSI (CAR/ DAR) (Only for Men): 52 posts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A passed of Degree in Science in Physics / Electronics / Electricals / Computer Science / Telecommunication or Equivalent Education Qualification and must have secured 50% for General Merit candidates and 45 % for SC/ST & OBC Candidates for wireless posts from any recognized University /college.
REQUIRED AGE: The required age of a candidate should be in between of 21 years - 28 years for PSI Civil and 21 years - 26 years for RSI as on closing date.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Government rules.
PAY SCALE: As per Govt. norms. Rs.20000-500-21000-600-24600-700-28800-800-33600-900-36300/-.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs. 250/- by General and OBC and Rs. 100/- by SC/ ST candidates to be paid as an application fee. Payment should be made in state bank of Mysore (SBM)/ state bank of Hyderabad (SBH) only.
Candidates have to fill the application and generate the challan and make the payment in the respective bank.
PHYSICAL STANDARD: Candidates should be physically, mentally and medically fit as per Police standard.
