NOTIFICATION: The Central University of Punjab, Bathinda (Punjab) has been established through the Central Universities Act 2009 which received the assent of the President of India on 20th March 2009. Its territorial jurisdiction extends to the whole State of Punjab.This newly set up Central University of Punjab (CUPB) at Bathinda is poised to write new alphabet on the academic horizon of India. The Central University of Punjab (CUP), Bathinda (Punjab) invites offline applications for the recruitment of 214 vacant posts of Teaching and Non-Teaching positions on Regular / Deputation Basis from Indian residents who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply offline at official website up to 10-11-2014.

2- Non-Teaching Posts - 99 posts.
Rs. 37400-67000/- + GP 10000/- TO Rs. 5200-20200/- + GP 1800/-.

As per “UGC REGULATIONS ON MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT OF TEACHERS AND OTHER ACADEMIC STAFF IN UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES AND MEASURES FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS IN HIGHER EDUCATION 2010 “and the 2nd Amendments to the regulation issued in June 2013. National Council For Teacher Education regulation 2009.

REQUIRED AGE: Refer official Notification.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: For Teaching posts- An application fee of Rs. 750/-by General & OBC candidates and Rs. 250/- by Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe &n Person with disabilities to be paid.
For Non Teaching posts- A non-refundable demand draft drawn in the favour of the Central University of Punjab, Bathinda as following: For the posts with GP 4200 or above Rs. 300/-(for General or OBC) Rs. 150/-(for SC/ST/PH) For the posts with less than GP 4200 Rs. 200/- (for General or OBC) Rs. 100/- (for SC/ST/PH).
