REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: As per details given below-
1- Group C: (a) 10th class pass or above for those candidates applying for the posts with Grade Pay Rs.1900/2000/-. (b) Graduation from any recognized University for those candidates applying for the post with Grade Pay of Rs.2800/-/2400/-.
2- Group D: For Post in PB-1 with Grade Pay of Rs.1800/- - SSC or 8th passed (for outstanding sports persons).
SPORTS QUALIFICATIONS- As per details given below-
GP Rs.2800/- or Rs.2400/-: Represented the Country in Olympic Games (Category-A) or at least 3rd Position in any of the Category-B Championship/events, except Gold Medal in Asian Games.
GP Rs.2000/- or Rs.1900/-: Represented the Country in any of the Category-B Championships/ events or at least 3rd Position in any of the Category-C Championships/events or at least 3rd Position In Senior/Youth/Junior National Championships or at least 3rd Position in National Games organized under aegis of Indian Olympic Association or at least 3rd Position in All India Inter University Championship organized under the aegis of Association of Indian Universities or at least 1st Position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category).
GP Rs.1800/-: Represents of the country in any of the Category of Championships / Events or at least 3rd Position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category) or Represented a State of equivalent Unit, except in Marathon / Cross Country in Senior / Youth / Junior National Championships or at least 3rd Position in Senior State Championships for all Units and Districts of the State.
REQUIRED AGE: Required age should be in between of 18 years- 25 years as on 01-01-2015. No relaxation for Reserved Category.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs.100/- should be paid in the form of a crossed Bank Draft/Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of “Financial Ad visor & Chief Accounts Officer, South Central Railway” and payable at Secunderabad for the posts of Headquarters and “Senior Divisional Finance Managers” of respective divisions for the divisional posts.
No fee from SC/ST Community, Women Category, Minority / Economically Backward Classes candidates.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in marks obtained by the candidates. The distribution of marks is as under-
A- For assessment of recognized Sports Achievement as per norms: 50 Marks.
B- For game skill, physical fitness & Coach's observations during Trials: 40 Marks.
C- Educational Qualification: 05 Marks.
D- General Intelligence/Personality etc.: 05 Marks.
E- Total Marks: 100 Marks.
HOW TO APPLY: For these posts eligible and interested candidates must send filled up application in his/her own handwriting in either English or in Hindi on a good quality A-4 size paper using one side only. News paper cutting should not be used as an application. A recent passport size colour photograph should be pasted in the space provided on the application. The candidate should also attach two recent passport size colour photographs (same as the one affixed on the application form) and it should be clipped along with the application form.
