course under the old scheme and 3 years course under the new scheme or a

NOTIFICATION: Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) invites online application for the recruitment of 37 vacant posts of Analyst-cum-Programmer (IT & Communication Department) & Vidhi Rachnakar (Law Department) from Indian residents who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply online at official website up to 31-12-2014.
Candidates can download detail advt./ notification from official website for recruitment information like required age/ reservation in age/ required education qualification/ required application fee/ reservation for posts/ syllabus/ date of test/last date to apply/number of posts/name of department/ mode of selection/ how to apply and other instructions.
POST WISE DETAILS: 37 posts of Analyst-cum-Programmer & Vidhi Rachnakar-
1- A.C.P. / Analyst-cum-Programmer (IT & Communication Department): 29 posts.
2- Vidhi Rachnakar (Law Department): 08 posts.
PAY SCALE: Given below-
1- A.C.P: Rs. 15600 &39100/-+ Grade pay - 6600/-.
2-Vidhi Rachnakar: Rs. 9300 & 34800/-+ Grade pay - 4200/-.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: As per details given below-
1- Analyst-cum-Programmer: A passed of M.C.A. or B.E./B. Tech. in Information Technology or Computer Science or Electronics and Communications from a recognized University established by law in India or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by the Government. OR M. Tech. degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Electronics and Communications from a recognized University established by law in India or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by the Government. OR M.B.A. (IT) from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by the Government t. AND 2 - Three years’ post qualification relevant work experience in legal entity such as Government Organizations/Government Undertakings/Public Limited/Private Limited Companies etc/ Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.
2- Vidhi Rachnakar: A passed of Bachelor of Law (2 years Course under the old Scheme and 3 years course under the new Scheme or a Bachelor of Law (Professional) of a University established by law in India ii Must have had English and Hindi as the subjects (at least one of them being optional) in the B.A. examination/Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.
REQUIRED AGE: The candidate’s age should be as per details given below-
1- A.C.P: 21 to 37 years as on 01-01-2015.
2- Vidhi Rachnakar: 21 to 35 years as on 01-01-2015.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: Refer notification.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written test and interview.
SYLLABUS & EXAM PATTERN: ANALYST-CUM-PROGRAMMER-
A- Paper I of 100 marks for 2 hours-
1- Reasoning Test & Numerical Analysis & General Knowledge.
2- Data Base Management Systems.
3- Data Communication and Computer Networks.
B- Paper I of 100 marks for2 hours-
1- System Analysis and Design.
2- Software Project Management.
SYLLABUS & EXAM PATTERN: VIDHI RACHNAKAR-
The Competitive test will include the following subject-
1- Translation from English to Hindi or in any other language recognized by the Constitution. (Candidates shall be required to translate into Hindi or some other language passages from press communiqués, press articles, Government Resolutions, Legislations, rules and instructions and to explain common expressions ethics etc. in use such compositions,
2- Translation from Hindi or other particular language into English. (Candidates shall be required to translate into English or some other language passage from press articles, speeches etc.)
Note: The time allowed for the 2 written papers will be 3 hours each.
