1- Professor: A passed of Ph. D in concerned subjects of Arts/Science group from any recognized University & 10 years of teaching experience in University/Colleges.
2- Associate Professor: A passed of Ph. D/Master Degree in concerned subjects of Arts/Science group with 55% marks merit from any recognized University & must have 8 years experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/research position.
3- Assistant Professor: A passed of Master Degree in Arts/Science group with 55% marks merit & must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
PAY SCALE: As per Govt. Rules-
1- Professor: Rs.15600-39100/-+ GP Rs.10000/-.
2- Associate Professor: Rs.15600-39100/-+ GP Rs.9000/-.
3- Assistant Professor: Rs.15600-39100/-+ GP Rs.6000/-.
