REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:   As per details given below-

1.    SENIOR MANAGER:    A passed of Degree in Engineering or Graduation with MBA/ PG Diploma in Materials Management and should have relevant post qualification in executive cadre. Candidates must have required experience in concerned field as given in notification.

2.    DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER:   A passed of Graduation with 2 years’ Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Sociology/ Social Work/Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management and should have relevant post qualification in executive cadre. Candidates must have required experience in concerned field as given in notification.

Required Age:  52 years.

Pay Scale:  Rs.51300-3%-73000/-.

Experience 20 years.

2-    Jt. General Manager (E7):

Required Age:  52 years.

Pay Scale:  Rs. 19500-450-25350/-(Pre revised).

Experience 18 years.

3-    Deputy General Manager (E6):

Required Age:  52 years.

Pay Scale:  Rs. 19000-450-24400/-(Pre-revised).

Required Age:  50 years.
