NOTIFICATION:    Saurashtra Gramin Bank is a Regional Rural Bank, established under RRB Act, 1976 & it is an amalgamation of three banks namely JRGB, JAGB & SBGB, prompted by SBS (now SBI) since 1978.  Saurashtra Gramin Bank invites online application for the recruitment of 105 vacant posts of Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian residents who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply online at official website up to 15-01-2015.

POST WISE DETAILS:     105 posts of Officer Scale-1 and Office Assistant-

1- Officer Scale-I:   45 Posts.

2- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 60 Posts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:    A passed of Degree in any discipline from any recognized University or its equivalent and Proficiency in local language. Candidates who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/ October 2014 and have obtained standard qualifying scores are eligible to apply.

The candidates applying for the posts of Officer Scale I and Office Assistants –(Multipurpose) are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the State / UT, i.e. Gujarati is studied as a subject at least at Matriculation level.

IBPS SCORE CARD (CWE) DETAILS:  As per details given below-

1- Officer Scale-1:  Candidates who have valid score card with 70 & above for SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD and 80 & above for OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ GEN-PWD are eligible for apply.

2- Office Assistant:   Candidates who have valid score card with 70 & above for SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD/ SC-EXS/ ST-EXS and 80 & above for OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ GEN-PWD/ OBC-EXS/ GEN-EXS are eligible for apply.

REQUIRED AGE:  As per RRB rules. Candidate’s age should be in between of 18-28 years (candidates should not have born earlier than 03-06-1986 and later than 31-05-1996) for Post no. 1, between 18-28 years (candidates should not have born earlier than 02-06-1986 and later than 01-06-1996) for Post no. 2.

AGE RELAXATION:    Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.

PAY SCALE:     As per details given below-

1- Officer Scale I:  Rs.14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700/-.

2- Office Assistant (Multipurpose):  Rs.7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300/- (20 years).

REQUIRED FEE:    An amount of Rs.100/- by all others candidates except SC/ST & PWD candidates. SC/ST/PWD candidates shall pay Rs.20/- only. Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of Saurashtra Gramin Bank by means of a Payment challan. Challan form can be downloaded from the bank’s website.

POST RESERVATION:   Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
