NOTIFICATION: The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) was set up by Govt. of Odisha as a statutory body in the year 1994 for carrying out direct recruitment against Group-C posts in the State cadre (as against District cadre) as may be scheduled in the OSSC Rules, 1993. There are some 85 different cadres of posts/ services under various departments of Government to which recruitment is made through this Commission.
Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) invites online applications for the recruitment of 94 vacant posts of Revenue Inspector and Amins under the Govt. in Water Resources Department on contractual basis from young, dynamic and motivated persons of Indian residents who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply online at official website up to 22-01-2015.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: As per details given below-
A passed of a Bachelor’s Degree Examination in any discipline or equivalent with adequate knowledge of Basic computer application for Sr.No-1, Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or equivalent from any recognized Board/University & basic knowledge in computer operation for Sr.No-2.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 21-32 years as on 01-01-2014. (Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-01-1982 and not later than 01-01-1993.)
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST /OBC & Ex Servicemen category candidates.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below-
1. Revenue Inspector: Rs. 9300/-34800/-+ GP Rs. 4200/-.
2. Amins: Rs. 5200/-20200/-+ GP Rs. 1800/-.
REQUIRED FEE: As per details given below-
SEBC & UR candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- as an application fee through Online/ Offline mode using the Treasury Portal/ by the conventional mode of deposit in the Treasury.
No fee from SC/ ST & PWD candidates.
E-PAYMENT: Pay the fee through the website www.odishatreasury.gov.in/ via the link available in the OSSC portal.
ONLINE PAYMENT: Pay the fee through the online payment gateway i.e.via Net Banking/ Debit Card payment. On successful payment, an e-Challan will be generated from the Treasury portal.
OFFLINE PAYMENT: Candidate can choose any designated Bank provided in the Treasury portal and then proceed to the Bank branch & Deposited under the “Head of Account-0051-PSC-104-UPSC/SSC-Examination Fees-0047-Fees collected for conducting examinations-02041-Examination Fees”.
