REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Fin.)/ equivalent from any recognized University/ Institute for post No. 1, Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ Post Graduation Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relation for post No. 2, Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India for post No. 3 with relevant required experience for all posts.
REQUIRED AGE: As per details given below as on 15-02-2015-

3- Manager (Finance): 38 years.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below-
1- DGM (Finance): Rs. 37,400-67,000/- + GP Rs. 8,900/-.
2- DGM (HR): Rs. 15,600-39,100/- + GP Rs. 7,600/-.
3- Manager (Finance): Rs. 15,600-39,100/- + GP Rs. 7,600/-
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
