REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with consistently good academic record throughout. Candidates must have required experience in concerned field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: As per details given below-
1. ASSISTANT PROFESSOR: 3 years industrial / research / teaching experience excluding however, the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D.
2. ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR: 6 years industrial / research / teaching experience of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor / Senior Scientific Officer / Senior Design Engineer.
3. PROFESSOR: 10 years industrial / research / teaching experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IISc Bangalore, IIMs, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or foreign institution / institutions of comparable standards.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below-
1. Assistant Professor: Rs.15600-39100/-+ AGP Rs. 8000/-.
2. Associate Professor: Rs.37400-67000/-+ AGP Rs. 9500/- .
3. Professor: Rs. 37400-67000/-+ AGP Rs. 10500/- .
REQUIRED AGE: Max age 35 years.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.

POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
