(3) Graduate degree with Master Home Trade (Coastal) Certificate of Competency with 1st Class Inland Master OR Graduate with Inland Master Certificate of Competency issued by MMD, Kolkata for Dock Discipline.
NOTE: Applicants must have required experience in concerned field.
