NO.OF POSTS:     Various vacant posts of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in various disciplines in Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak.

DISCIPLINE/FUNCTIONAL AREAS:     Business Environment (BE), Financial Management (FM), General Management (GM), Human Resource Management (HRM), Information Technology Systems (ITS), Marketing (M), Operations (O), Strategic Management (SM).

1 - Professor -

Pay Scale:   Rs.48000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 10500/-.

Required Qualification:    A passed of Ph. D, with PG First Class (or B. Tech/BE First Class in 10+2+4+ Ph. D scheme), a consistently good academic record with minimum 10 years Post Qualification Experience.

2 - Associate Professor -

Pay Scale:   Rs.42800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 9500/-.

Required Qualification:    A passed of Ph. D, with PG first Class, Consistent academic record with minimum 06 years Post Qualification Experience.

3 - Assistant Professor -

Pay Scale:    Rs.30000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 8000/-.

Required Qualification:    A passed of Ph. D, with First Class, Consistent academic record with minimum 03 years Post Qualification Experience.

REQUIRED AGE:   As per UGC/University rules.

AGE RELAXATION:    Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
