NO.OF POSTS: Various vacant posts of Soil Conservation Assistant and Photo Interpreter through Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC).
PAY SCALE: As per details given below -
1. Soil Conservation Assistant: Rs.9300-34800/-+ GP Rs. 4400/-.
2. Photo Interpreter: Rs.9300-34800/-+ GP Rs. 4300/-.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Soil Conservation Assistant - Required Qualification: A passed of B.Sc. Agriculture / Agriculture Engineering or M.Sc. Botany from any recognized University.
2. Photo Interpreter - Required Qualification: A passed of B.Sc. Agriculture or M.Sc. Botany from any recognized University.
REQUIRED AGE: 18 – 40 years as on 01-01-2015.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An Application Fee of Rs.365/- by Unreserved category, Rs.265/- by Reserved category and Rs.15/- by Ex-Servicemen candidates has to be paid in the form of SBI Challan/ Online Payment/ Debit card/ Credit card/ Net Banking/ CSC (Citizen Service Centre).
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written exam followed by Interview / Viva voice test.
HOW TO OBTAIN THE APPLICATION FORM: The applicants applying for these posts can be obtain Application Forms from the office of the J & K Public Service Commission, Solina Srinagar /Polo Ground Srinagar/Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu on cash payment of 500/- (excluding processing charges of Rs.10/) in respect of General Category candidates and 250/- (excluding processing charges of 10/-) in respect of SC/ST Category candidates through the counters of J&K Bank opened in the offices of J & K Public Service Commission at Polo Ground, Srinagar/Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm on all working days.

3 - Educational Qualification Certificates Prescribed for the Post.
4 - Certificate of Higher Qualification, if any.
5 - Marks certificate of all semesters of prescribed qualification.
6 - Category certificate as per SRO 294 dated 21.10.2005 as amended from time to time read with other relevant SRO’s which must be valid on the cut off date ( viz. last date for receipt of application forms).
7 - Disability Certificate on the prescribed format.
