REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: As per details given below –
1. Management Trainees: A passed of a Graduate degree in any discipline or its equivalent degree OR CA/ ICWA/ CS /B.Com /B. Sc (Agriculture) / B. Tech/ BE in Food Science/ Food Science and Technology/ Agricultural Engg./ Bio Technology Civil /Mechanical /Electrical Engineering (for General, Depot, Movement, Accounts, Technical, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering) from any recognized University.
2. Manager: A passed of a Master’s Degree from any recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the Degree level. OR Master’s Degree from any recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level. OR Master’s degree from any recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as a subject at the degree level OR Master’s degree from any recognized University or equivalent in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a subject at the degree level OR Master’s degree from any recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi medium and English as a subject at the degree level with 5 years experience.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below –
1. Management Trainees: Rs. 16000/-per month during the training period. Management Trainees will be absorbed as Managers in the IDA Pay scale of Rs. 16400 – 40500/- after successful completion of training period of six months.
2. Manager: Rs. 16400-40500/-.
REQUIRED AGE: As per details given below –
1. Management Trainees: 28 years as on 01-08-2015.
2. Manager: 35 years as on 01-08-2015.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: A non refundable application fee of Rs. 600/- by General & OBC candidates to be paid through SBI net banking or other banks/ Debit/ Credit Cards. Candidates can also pay the application fee through e- Challan at any branches of SBI. Additional charge if any is to be borne by the candidates
