REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
Assistant Manager/Manager/Management Trainee: A passed of Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration/ Business Management/ International Business Management OR First Class Master’s Degree in Economics/ Business Economics with additional minimum 1 year post graduate qualification in Management / International Trade or equivalent OR MBA /Masters Degree with Diploma in Personnel Management or equivalent.
Junior Assistant/ Data Entry Operator: A passed of Graduate in any discipline with typing speed of at least 40 w.p.m. essential using the computer OR Graduate having data entry speed of 8000 key depressions in an hour and must have proficiency in using email, office automation tools on computer.
REQUIRED AGE: As per details given below -
1 - Max age 35 years for Assistant Manager/Manager posts.
2 - Max age 30 years for Junior Assistant/ Data Entry Operator/Management Trainee posts.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
