The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts National Defense Academy (NDA) & Naval Academy (NA) Examination once in a year. The much awaited UPSC National Defense Academy (NDA) Exam has been announced. This year also conducting the same for that, UPSC has notified NDA & NA 2 examination 2015 for entry into Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 136th Course and for the 98th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 02 July 2016. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invites online applications for the recruitment of 375 vacant posts of Commissioned Officers in various branches from Male Indian residents who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply through online application up to 17-07-2015. 1-Army: 208 posts.

B- Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme): 55 Posts.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidates who have born between 02-01-1997 and not later than 01-01-2000 only are eligible to apply for NDA II 2015 i.e. a candidate’s age must lie in between 16 ½ -19 ½ years as on the 1st day of the month in which course is due to commence.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A passed of Intermediate/ 10+2/ Class 12th with Physics and Mathematics for National Defence Academy and Indian Naval Academy.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs. 100/- as an application fee by General and other unreserved category candidates are required to pay either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India/ State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/ State Bank of Patiala / State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/Master Credit/ Debit Card.
SC/ST category candidates and sons of JCO/NCO/ORs are exempted from paying of fee.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Eligible candidates will be selected based on their performance in written examination followed by Psychological Aptitude Test, Intelligence Test and SSB Interview.
SSB INTERVIEWS DATE: SSB Interview for qualified candidates in written examination will be held during September 2015 to October 2015.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable as per Govt. rules for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and widow candidates.
