Required Qualification:     A passed of a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university or institution.

2 - Assistant Corporation Engineer (Electrical):   05 posts.

Required Qualification:     A passed of a degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university or institution.

3 - Accountant Grade-I:   03 posts.

Required Qualification:     A passed of Graduate in Commerce with C.A. Inter or M.Com of a recognised University or institution. (OR) Graduate of a recognised university or institution and who possess Diploma in Grade 'A' specified in the Accountants of the Committees (Examination) Rules, 1979.

MUNICIPAL COUNCILS & NAGAR PANCHAYATS CADRE -

1 - Executive Officer Class-I:   11 posts.

Pay Scale:    Rs.15600-39100+6600/-.

Required Qualification:     A passed of Degree in Law and at least 07 years' experience (OR) an Advocate having at least 07 years' practice at the Bar or MBA OR B. Tech degree with 2nd Division, with an experience for a minimum period of 05 years experience.

2 - Executive Officer Class-II:   21 posts.

Pay Scale:    Rs.10300-34800+4600/-.

Required Qualification:     A passed of Degree in Law and at least 05 years' experience (OR) an Advocate having at least 05 years' practice at the Bar (OR) MBA OR B.Tech degree with 2nd Division, with an experience for a minimum period of 03 years experience.

3 - Executive Officer Class-III:   14 posts.

PUNJAB WATER SUPPLY & SEWERAGE BOARD CADRE (PWSSB) -

1 - Sub Divisional Engineer (Civil):   10 posts.

Pay Scale:    Rs.15600-39100+5400/-.

Required Qualification:     A passed of a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/ Institutions.

2 - Junior Engineer (Civil):    50 posts.

Pay Scale:    Rs.10300-34800+4800/-.

Required Qualification:     A passed of a Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from the recognized university or Institution or any other equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

3 - Divisional Accountant:   14 posts.

Pay Scale:    Rs.10300-34800+4400

Required Qualification:     A passed of CA Inter or ICWA Inter or M.Com with minimum 60% marks or S.A.S. Qualified.

4 - Junior Draftsman:   25 posts.

Pay Scale:    Rs.10300-34800+3200/-.

Required Qualification:     A passed of Matriculation with two years Industrial Training Institute Certificate of Draftsman (Civil) from State Board of Technical Education or from any other recognized Institution by the Punjab Government.

REQUIRED AGE:    As per details given below –

Cadre:                                                                Criteria

1. Municipal Corporations:                                                               Candidate should not be below 17 years and above 40 years of age as on the last date of receipt of applications.

2. Municipal Councils-Nagar Panchayats/ Improvement Trusts:     Candidate should not be below 17 years and above 35 years of age as on the last date of receipt of applications.

3. Punjab Water Supply & Sewerage Board:                                    Candidate should not be below 18 years and above 37 years of age as on the last date of receipt of applications.

AGE RELAXATION:    Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.

REQUIRED FEE:         A non refundable application to be paid as per details given below –

1. Candidates belonging to SC and Physically Handicapped Category are required to deposit a fee of Rs. 500/- per vacancy applied.

2. All others are required to deposit fee of Rs. 1000/- per vacancy applied in cash through bank challan generated on submission of online application.

POST RESERVATION:   Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:     Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written Test. The test is expected to be held in the 2nd or 3rd week of September, 2015. Exact schedule will be displayed on the website by 17-08- 2015. An objective type test of 2 hours duration consisting of 100 objective type questions with multiple choice answers.
