1. Diploma Trainee (Electrical): 11 posts.

PAY SCALE: A stipend of Rs.16,500/- per month during training period. On successful completion of training aspirants will get salary of Rs.16000/- – 35500/-.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Civil Engineering from any recognized Technical Board/ Institute With minimum 70% marks for GEN & OBC (NCL) and for SC candidates and Pass marks for ST/PwD.
REQUIRED AGE: 20 – 27 years as on 27-07-2015.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: A non refundable application fee of Rs. 300/- by General & OBC candidates to be paid in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Power Grid Corporation of India Limited’ payable at Nagpur.
No application fee by other reserved candidates.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written Test and personal Interview Test.
