ABOUT: Indian Railways is in constant touch with Railways across the world to bring in state-of-art facilities in its system. Towards this, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed during the Eighth Session of the Indo-Austria Joint Economic Commission held in Vienna. This seeks to promote and deepen long-term infrastructure-specific cooperation between Indian and Austrian Railways to their mutual benefit. A three-day International Conference of Union of Railways was organised by Indian Railways in New Delhi in which hundreds of delegates from various industries and Railways around the world participated.

1. Junior Clerk cum Typist: 301 posts in various RRBs.
2. Accounts Clerk cum Typist: 55 posts in various RRBs.
3. Trains Clerk: 29 posts in various RRBs.
4. Commercial Clerk: 86 posts in various RRBs.
5. Ticket Examiner: 180 posts in various RRBs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of 12th or its equivalent from any recognized Board with typing speed of 30 w p m in English and 25 w p m in Hindi.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s age should be in between of 18 years – 29 years as on 21-09-2015.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: No application fee is required.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written test, typing test and document verification.
SAME DAY EXAMINATION: Written/Online Examination will be held on the same day by all participating RRBs.
NEGATIVE MARKING: There shall be penalty (negative marking) in written/online examination and marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer @ 1/3 of the marks allotted for each question.
