REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: As per details given below -
1. SENIOR MANAGER (MARKETING) / MANAGER (MARKETING) / OFFICER (MARKETING): A passed of Technical full time regular Engineering Degree i.e. B.E., B. Tech. and B.Sc. Engineering or M. Tech in Geo-exploration/Geo-Science. Management / Two years Post–Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management from a recognized University/Institutions approved by AICTE / UGC with 60% marks /Business Management with specialization in Marketing OR P.G. Diploma from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. +12 years post qualification experience.
2. SENIOR OFFICER (FINANCE/INTERNAL AUDIT): A passed of Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant (CMA) from a recognized University/Institutions approved by AICTE / UGC with 60% marks. +3 years post qualification experience.
3. DEPUTY MANAGER (HRM) / SR. OFFICER (HRM) / SR. OFFICER (ADMIN.): A passed of Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma /MBA/ MA/MSW (2 years full time course) with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from a recognized University/Institutions approved by AICTE / UGC with 60% marks. +6 years post qualification experience.
4. DEPUTY MANAGER (SECURITY): A passed of a Graduate and not below the rank of a Lieutenant or equivalent working/retired from Indian Defence Services OR should be a graduate and not below the rank of Asst. Commandant or equivalent in Para Military Services viz. CISF, CRPF, BSF. +6 years post qualification experience.
5. SENIOR OFFICER (MEDICAL) / OFFICER (MEDICAL): A passed of MBBS (Allopathic System) with internship. Candidates possessing MD (Allopathic System) are also eligible to apply from a recognized University/Institutions approved by AICTE / UGC with 60% marks. +6 years post qualification experience.
6. SENIOR ENGINEER: A passed of full time Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology/ B. Sc. Engineering in the discipline of Mechanical / Mining / Chemical / Civil from a recognized University/Institutions approved by AICTE / UGC with 60% marks. +3 years post qualification experience.
7. ENGINEER: A passed of full time Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology / B. Sc. Engineering in the discipline of Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation / Mineral/ Civil from a recognized University/Institutions approved by AICTE / UGC with 60% marks. +1 year post qualification experience.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
