REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Madhyamik Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from any other Board recognized by the State Government or the Central Government.
PAY SCALE: Rs.5,400 – 25,200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2,600/-.
REQUIRED AGE: The candidate’s age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 27 years as on 01-01-2015.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: A non refundable application fee of Rs.150/- by General & OBC candidates to be paid.
Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (of West Bengal only) are exempted from paying any Application Fee.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in marks obtained in Academic Examination as well as their performance in written exam, Trade Test, Physical Test and medical test.
