NOTIFICATION:        Department of Revenue (A Govt of India Undertaking) has notified a recruitment to fill up 85  vacant posts of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) (Technical) by Government Opium & Alkaloid Works, Neemuh (Madhya Pradesh) from the candidates who have qualified in Graduate in concerned discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom & Telemetry, HR, Security, C&P and Finance) and having a valid age. The Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written test, Skill test and interview. The selected candidates will be paid a salary as per Govt. Rules. ABOUT:      The Department of Revenue functions under the overall direction and control of the Secretary (Revenue). It exercises control in respect of matters relating to all the Direct and Indirect Union Taxes through two statutory Boards namely, the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) and the Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC). Each Board is headed by a Chairman who is also ex-officio Special Secretary to the Government of India. Matters relating to the levy and collection of all Direct taxes are looked after by the CBDT whereas those relating to levy and collection of Customs and Central Excise duties and other Indirect taxes fall within the purview of the CBEC. The two Boards were constituted under the Central Board of Revenue Act, 1963. At present, the CBDT has six Members and the CBEC has five Members. The Members are also ex-officio Additional Secretaries to the Government of India.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:    As per details given below -

1. Semi-Skilled Worker, Weigh man and Worker:      A passed of ITI in any trade from Government recognised Industrial Training Institute.

2. Dresser:      A passed of Matriculation or equivalent from any recognized Board and should have passed the First-Aid Examination, from any recognised Institution and adequate experience of First-Aid and dressing of wounds etc. 2 years' experience in a recognised hospital or dispensary is desirable.

3. Carpenter:      A passed of ITI in carpentry trade from any Government recognized Industrial Training Institute. 1 year service in the trade is desirable.

4. Ward Boy:      A passed of Matriculation or equivalent. - 1 year experience in nursing orderly's duties is dsirable. Probation Period 02 years.

PAY SCALE:      Rs.5200 – 20200/-+ Grade PayRs. 1800/-.

REQUIRED AGE:      Candidate’s age should be in between of 18 years – 25 years as on 12-10-2015.

AGE RELAXATION:    Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.

REQUIRED FEE:       No application fee.  Refer notification.

POST RESERVATION:   Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
