ABOUT: Central Reserve Police Force, (CRPF; Hindi: केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल) is the largest of India's Central Armed Police Forces. It functions under the aegis of Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) of the Government of India. The CRPF's primary role lies in assisting the State/Union Territories in police operations to maintain law and order and counter insurgency. It came into existence as the Crown Representative's Police on 27 July 1939. After Indian Independence, it became the Central Reserve Police Force on enactment of the CRPF Act on 28 December 1949. 1. CT/DRIVER: Should possess "Transport valid Vehicle" driving license.
2. CT/FITTER: Should possess 02 years Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle and 1 year practical experience in the field of concerned trade.
3. Other Trades: Must be proficient and worked in respective trades.
PAY SCALE: Rs. 5200-20200/-+ Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- and other allowances admissible to Central Govt, employees from time to time under the rules.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s age should be in between of 18 years –23/27 years as on 01-01-2016.
1 - CT / Driver – 21 to 27 years.
2 - Other Posts – 18 to 23 years.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
