REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:        As per details given below -

1. Deputy Manager (PR):        A passed of Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma of two years duration in Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism from recognized Indian University/ Institute OR Post Graduate Diploma Course in Journalism (Radio & TV Journalism/ Advertising & Public Relations / English Journalism) from Indian Institute of Mass Communication under Ministry of I&B, Govt of India (Minimum 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduate Degree/Diploma), minimum 7 years post qualification experience in the area of Corporate Communications/ Public Relations in a reputed Public Sector Undertaking.Candidate must have sound written and verbal skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills. Experience in organizing exhibitions at national/ international level and other events will be preferred.
(3) Candidate should have knowledge of printing Annual Reports, corporate literature, house, journals, etc., drafting press releases and organizing Press Conferences, etc. The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 729100-3%-54500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

2. Deputy Manager (Technical):        A passed of B.E./B.Tech (AND) MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Finance/Power (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation) with minimum 7 years post qualification experience in power sector in the field of Generation/Transmission/ Distribution/ Project Appraisal/ Project Monitoring/ Project Planning/ Project Financing/ EPC of power projects. The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 7 29100-3%-54500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

3. Deputy Manager (Technical)-Green Energy:       A passed of B.E./B.Tech. AND MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Finance/Power (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation) with minimum 7 years post qualification experience in Power Sector in general and at least 2 years in Renewable Energy Sector (Wind, Small Hydro, Biomass, Solar). Preferably should have experience in any of the areas in Project Design, Implementation and Operation & Maintenance. The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 7 29100-3%-54500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

4. Assistant Manager (Finance):      A passed of Graduation with minimum 60% marks & CA/ICWA (additional qualification of MBA-Finance is desirable) OR B.Com. &MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Finance. (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post-Graduation) with minimum 4 years post qualification experience in NBFC / Bank / Financial Institution / RBI/ Power Sectorin the field of Resource Mobilization/ Disbursement/ Recovery/ Corporate Accounts/Taxation/Lending Policy, etc. The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 724900-3%-50500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

5. Assistant Manager (Technical):       A passed of B.E./B.Tech. AND MBA / PGP / PGDM / PGDBM / PGDBA with specialization in Finance /Power (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation) with minimum 4 years post qualification experience in Power sector in the field of Generation/Transmission/ Distribution/ Project Appraisal/ Project Monitoring/ Project Planning/ Project Financing/ EPC of Power projects. The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 724900-3%-50500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

6. Assistant Manager:       A passed of B.Tech./ B.E. (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Production / Power/ Energy or any combination of these specializations) - with minimum 60% marks OR MSW (master's degree in social work) OR MBA(HR)/ MHROD/ PGDHRM or PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in HR (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post- Graduation) with minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the implementation of CSR initiatives. The candidate should have knowledge and exposure in the areas of conceiving and executing social development projects or project management in a large public or private sector organization. Candidate should have experience in baseline survey/ impact assessment/ social & demographic study or should have research experience in an important CSR segment. The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 724900-3%-50500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

7. Officer (MS:      A passed of B.E./B.Tech. (CS/ IT) or MCA AND M.Tech./ MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Information Security/ Network Security (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation) with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in the field of Information/ Network Security and System Administration for Servers, ADS, Exchange and network.

8. Officer (Civil Engineering):       A passed of B.E./ B.Tech. (Civil) with minimum 60% marks with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in the field of building construction and maintenance works.

AGE RELAXATION:      As per Govt rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
